Koblingen

The small-scale urban development project "Koblingen" is located in the peri-urban town of Bærum, west of Oslo. The project consists of a parking structure with integrated secondary functions, a café, and a viewing tower. These elements are connected by a new network of pathways running through a park, strategically placed at the heart of the project.

The aim is to add new, socially beneficial functions to an existing hospital parking lot—without reducing the number of parking spaces. In doing so, the project strengthens both the local community and the area’s green infrastructure.
